Andrew Eilers is a sales, executive and motivational coach with over 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, sales training and executive management. He has a Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Development and is in the process of getting his PhD in Organizational Development, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
Andy is the co-author on three best-selling anthology books with authors Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy and Steve Forbes. He also wrote ‘Follow Your Passion and Live Your Life,’ which provides the tools for people to decide what is most important in their lives. His latest book ‘The Language of Sales,’ is co-authored with Tom Hopkins and teaches the nuances of how to effectively and powerfully communicate.
In addition to his professional success, Andy is an avid tennis player who achieved the #1 ranking in Northern California for his division in the sport. This ranking included Player of the Year honors in the USTA.
His love of sports is seen in his decision to serve as an Executive Producer on the feature documentary film, ‘Rudy Ruettiger: The Walk On,’ which can be viewed on Amazon and on the forthcoming, as-yet-untitled film about legendary sportscaster, Dick Vitale.
Today, Andy’s passion is working to lead and coach individuals and teams in professional sales environments. He works as an executive coach and also as a motivational trainer and speaker.
